Non-state pension funds

Since 2000, AMC Aton-Management has been investing and managing pension fund assets.  

During the past years of collaborative work, we have added to our client roster over 40 non-state pension funds holding assets of large corporate and state holding companies, such as RAO Russian Railways, RAO UES, Aeroflot, Ministry of Nuclear Energy, Federal Agency for Nuclear Energy Industry (Rosenergoatom), Mosenergo, Vneshekonombank, and open non-state pension funds.

Since the launch of the state pension reform, Aton-Management has found many new clients among non-state pension funds that are actively involved in collecting funded portions of retirement contributions of the Russian citizens.

As we manage non-state pension funds’ assets, we are fully aware of what socially important role non-state pension funds play in the Russian pension system and what enormous responsibility they owe to their depositors and participants in their selection of management companies.

The total number of participants in non-state pension funds which are served by Aton-Management exceeds 1.5 million people, many of whom are already now receiving additional pension benefits.

Managing pension reserves

Pension reserves are invested and managed in compliance with the principles of yield, recoverability, and liquidity.

In accordance with requirements regulating the composition and structure of pension reserves investments, the firm provides its clients with an opportunity to pursue customized investment strategy developed by investment consultants and driven by in-house research expertise.

Managing funded component of pension contributions

Aton-Management specialists have made it possible to efficiently invest funded component of pension contributions, irrespective of the size of investment portfolio.

Funded pension contributions are invested and managed based on the principles of yield, recoverability, and liquidity within the framework of one of several available basic investment strategies chosen by non-state pension fund.
